Exchange and return policy:
In order to ensure your safety and health, the Dawaj online store does not allow the return or exchange of its products for health reasons and to preserve public health, with the exception of products that reach you defective, damaged, or not requested by you and received by mistake only.
You can exchange or return the damaged or defective product through the customer service available in the Dawaj online store via WhatsApp, provided that:
1- The replaced or returned product must be in its original condition and in its original packaging, and it has not been used, opened, or the packaging features of the product have been changed, in addition to the availability of the original or electronic purchase invoice sent by email.
2- You can exchange or return the damaged product within 3 days from the time you receive the product.
3- The duration of the exchange or return process may take 7-10 working days to receive the product and receive the compensation or exchange.
4- The amount will be refunded after the damaged product reaches us and its condition is verified, and then the amount is transferred to your account or you are compensated with an alternative product or the value is delivered to you in cash within a period of 3 working days from the date we receive the product.
5- If you wish to replace the damaged product and choose an alternative product, we ask you to transfer the amount of the difference between the damaged product and the alternative product if there is a difference in price, or pay the difference in cash upon receiving the product.
